  • Salt: Just a pinch of salt is crucial to balance the sweetness and elevate the flavours of all the other ingredients.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add the Medjool dates, pecans, shredded coconut,vanilla extractand salt to afood processorand pulse until it forms a sticky dough.
  2. Roll into balls, about one tablespoon per ball and then roll into a plate of shredded coconut to top if desired.
  3. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
