  1. Add the cottage cheese, Tex Mex cheese, chili powder, cayenne, garlic, and 1 tablespoon of water to ablenderorfood processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add an extra splash of water if needed to loosen the texture.
  3. Serve cold straight from theblender, or warm it up in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave on high for 30–60 seconds until warmed through.
  4. Enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
