- Almond Flour:Provides a nutty flavour and tender texture, making it a great gluten-free option. Substitute with oat flour if you prefer.
👨🍳 Instructions
- Mix the almond flour, protein powder and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract and mix everything together until it forms a dough.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix to combine.
- Line aloaf panwith parchment paper and press the dough evenly into the pan.
- Place in the fridge for 4 hours to set.
- Cut into bars and store in the fridge in an airtight container.
