Matcha Chia Pudding
👨🍳 Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Let sit for 2-3 minutes then mix again. The mixture should thicken slightly and become viscous.
- Cover and place in the fridge for at least two hours before serving or if you have time, overnight.
- Optionally top these chia puddings with some yogurt and a sprinkle of matcha powder
