Maple Pecan Granola

👨🍳 Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, rice crisps, pecans, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together thecoconut oil,maple syrup, andvanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well until it’s evenly coated.
- Spread your granola out evenly onto the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown, flipping thepanhalfway through.
- Let cool on the countertop completely before storing it.
