One-Pan Broccoli Cheddar Orzo
🥕 Ingrédients
- Orzo: you can use regular or gluten-free orzo in this recipe. Orzo pasta is great because it’s small and cooks up quickly.
👨🍳 Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a largepanover medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the broccoli, orzo, salt, pepper and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Optional: Sprinkle extra cheese on top and broil for a minute or two for a golden, bubbly finish.
