Strawberry Overnight Oats

🥕 Ingrédients

  • Oats: Use traditional rolled oats for a chewy texture,or quick oats for a softer texture.
  • Greek yogurt: I recommend using plain Greek yogurt (as opposed to flavoured sweetened yogurt) so you can control the sweetness of the overnight oats.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add the almond milk, strawberries,maple syrupandvanilla extractto ablenderand blend into a strawberry milk.
  2. Add the oats, chia seeds and Greek yogurt to a bowl or jar and add the strawberry milk. Mix together to combine.
  3. Cover and place in the fridge overnight, or for a minimum of 4 hours.
  4. In the morning top with more strawberries and enjoy.
