One Pan Baked Dumplings
🥕 Ingrédients
- Coconut milk: use full-fat coconut milk from a can for a rich creamy sauce. If you prefer a lighter version, you can use light canned coconut milk.
👨🍳 Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Warm the broth in the microwave until hot. This helps the curry paste dissolve more easily.
- In abaking dish,whisktogether the warm broth, coconut cream, red curry paste,soy sauce, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
- Add the frozen dumplings directly into the dish and spoon some of the curry sauce over the top.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 15–20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes, until the dumplings are tender and lightly golden.
- Garnish and serve with cilantro, sliced scallions, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of chili oil for extra heat.
