One Pan Baked Dumplings

🥕 Ingrédients

  • Coconut milk: use full-fat coconut milk from a can for a rich creamy sauce. If you prefer a lighter version, you can use light canned coconut milk.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Warm the broth in the microwave until hot. This helps the curry paste dissolve more easily.
  3. In abaking dish,whisktogether the warm broth, coconut cream, red curry paste,soy sauce, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  4. Add the frozen dumplings directly into the dish and spoon some of the curry sauce over the top.
  5. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 15–20 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes, until the dumplings are tender and lightly golden.
  7. Garnish and serve with cilantro, sliced scallions, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of chili oil for extra heat.
