Tiramisu Overnight Oats

🥕 Ingrédients

  • Oats: I recommend using rolled oats for a chewy and delicious texture. Quick oats will work too.
  • Espresso: you can use a shot of espresso or strongly brewed coffee or substitute it with 2 tsp of instant coffee.
  • Greek yogurt: For this recipe you can substitute Greek yogurt with cottage cheese or ricotta cheese.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add the oats, chia seeds, salt, espresso, almond milk andvanilla extractto a mixing bowl or large jar and mix together.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight to set, or for at least 4 hours.
  3. Layer the overnight oats in a bowl or jar and top with a layer of greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
