Almond Flour Banana Muffins
👨🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line amuffin panwith liners.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the eggs, avocado oil,coconut sugar, andvanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl,whisktogether thealmond flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet and gently mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin liners, filling about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-24 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then enjoy!
