Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups
🥕 Ingrédients
- Oats: Quick oats form the base of the granola, providing a soft texture. For a gluten-free option, use certified gluten-free oats.
- Cinnamon: Adds a touch of flavour to the granola crust.
- Honey: Sweetens the granola naturally. Maple syrup or agave nectar can be used as alternatives.
- Vanilla: Vanilla is used to flavour the granola and can also be used to flavour the Greek yogurt if you are using plain yogurt.
- Berries: Choose your favourite fresh berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or a mix for the topping.
👨🍳 Instructions
- Mix the oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey andvanilla extracttogether in a bowl until it forms a sticky dough. (If the dough feels really dry, add more almond butter and honey.)
- Line amuffin panwith muffin liners and add a spoonful of the granola dough into the bottom of each muffin cup. Press firmly with your fingers to make a sturdy base.
- Add a spoonful of yogurt to each cup, then top with berries and any leftover granola.
- Place in the freezer to set for at least 4 hours. Let thaw before serving.
