🥕 Ingrédients

  • Sweet moments: Make a batch to pair with a cup of tea orhomemade chai latteto enjoy a sweet treat in the afternoon or after dinner.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line amuffin panwith paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl,whisktogether the oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, andpumpkin pie spice.
  3. In a separate large bowl,whisktogether the eggs,maple syrup, avocado oil, milk, pumpkin purée, andvanilla extractuntil smooth.
  4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and use a spatula to gently fold everything together until just combined.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips. Be careful not to overmix.
  6. Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
  8. Let the muffins cool in thepanfor 5–10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
