Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats
🥕 Ingrédients
- Rolled oats: I recommend rolled oats for overnight oats because they create a chewy texture. If you prefer a softer texture you can use quick oats.
- Yogurt: I recommend unflavoured yogurt for this recipe so you can control the taste and sweetness.
👨🍳 Instructions
- In a large bowl or two jars mix together the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, brown sugar, salt, yogurt, milk andvanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl,whisktogether the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and a splash ofvanilla extract. Adjust the milk quantity to achieve your desired drizzling consistency.
- In the morning take your jar or bowl out of the fridge. Drizzle the cream cheese mixture over the top of your oats with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
