Chocolate Banana Smoothie

🥕 Ingrédients

  • Almond Milk: A like to use unsweetenedhomemade almond milkto keep this smoothie dairy-free, but you can use any type of milk you like.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add Protein– Add a scoop of your favourite protein powder, yogurt or cottage cheese like I use in thisCottage Cheese Chocolate MousseandChocolate Chia Mousseto make this smoothie more filling and substantial for breakfast. Try chocolate protein powder for an extra chocolatey smoothie.
  2. Make it mocha– Add a shot of espresso or replace 1/4 cup of the almond milk with brewed coffee to turn this into a mocha smoothie. Or if you’re a coffee lover give thisCoffee Smoothiea try.
  3. Nut-Free Option– Use oat milk and sunflower seed butter instead of almond products. You can also just leave out the almond butter.
  4. Extra Fruity– Throw in some frozen strawberries or raspberries for a berry twist.
