  1. Medjool Dates are Best:Try and use medjool dates for this recipe rather than another type of date. These dates have a natural caramel-like flavour which works best for this recipe.
  2. Choose Fresh Dates:Opt for plump and moist dates to ensure a soft and chewy texture in your Date Snickers.
  3. Go Creamy or Crunchy:You can use creamy or crunchy peanut butter for the recipe.
  4. Get Creative with Toppings:Experiment with different toppings such as crushed almonds, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of melted white chocolate for a personalized touch.
  5. Use Quality Chocolate:Select high-quality dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa content for a rich and intense flavour.
  6. Chill Before Dipping:If your peanut butter is very runny, after stuffing the dates with peanut butter and peanuts, chill them in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up before dipping in chocolate.
