Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse

- Full-Fat Coconut Milk: Use thethick cream from the topof the can to achieve a rich, mousse-like consistency.
👨🍳 Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese, coconut cream (from the top of the can),maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla to a high speedblenderorfood processor.
- Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer to jars or small bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
