Chocolate Overnight Oats

🥕 Ingrédients

  • Oats: for this recipe, you can use quick oats or rolled oats. I personally like to use rolled oats for a nutty and chewy texture.
  • Chia seeds: These help absorb the liquid and give the oats and thick and creamy texture. It’s one of the simplestways to use chia seeds!

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl or jar and mix together to combine.
  2. Place in the fridge overnight (or for a minimum of 4 hours)
  3. Remove and enjoy as is or with your favourite toppings.
