Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Bars

- Honey: These bars can be sweetened with honey, maple syrup or agave syrup.
👨🍳 Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch bakingpanwith parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the rolled oats, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder together.
- In another bowl, mash the bananas, then add peanut butter,maple syrupandvanilla extractand mix until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Add the chocolate chips and mix.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared bakingpanand spread it out evenly with a spatula. Optionally sprinkle a few more chocolate chips on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden brown. Let the bars cool for 10 minutes before removing from thepanand slicing.
