Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Bars

🥕 Ingrédients

  • Honey: These bars can be sweetened with honey, maple syrup or agave syrup.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch bakingpanwith parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the rolled oats, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder together.
  3. In another bowl, mash the bananas, then add peanut butter,maple syrupandvanilla extractand mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Add the chocolate chips and mix.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared bakingpanand spread it out evenly with a spatula. Optionally sprinkle a few more chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden brown. Let the bars cool for 10 minutes before removing from thepanand slicing.
