Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges

- Cut evenly: Keep the wedgesthe same thicknessso they cook at the same rate.
- Don’t overcrowd: Air needs to circulate around the wedges for them to crisp up properly. Make sure to leave space between each wedge in the air fryer basket, and cook in multiple batches if needed.
- Toss with oil:While you can air fry without oil, the oil will help the wedges crisp up and give them a nice crispy exterior.
- Flip the wedges halfway through– This helps them cook evenly and get crispy all over.
- Adjust cook time– depedning on the size of the wedges, and your air fryer, you may need to cook the wedges slightly more or less. Keep an eye on them and cook until tender.
- Try different seasonings: Experiment with flavors. Add any seasoning you love!
- Serve immediately: They taste best fresh out of the air fryer when they’re hot and crispy!
