Thai Peanut Butter Ramen Noodles

🥕 Ingrédients

  • 2pack’s ofMike’s Mighty Good Ramen
  • 3 tbsppeanut butter
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • 1 tbsphoney ormaple syrup
  • 1 tbsplime juice
  • 1 tspsriracha
  • 1garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbspwater
  • 2green onions, finely sliced

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare the peanut butter sauce by mixing together the peanut butter,soy sauce,sesame oil, honey, lime juice, sriracha, garlic and water together in a small bowl until combined. Set aside.
  2. Open the ramen packets and remove the seasoning pack. (Save the seasoning pack to make some soup broth to eat on the side.)
  3. Boil a pot of water and add the ramen noodles. Cook for 2-3 minutes until soft, then drain.
  4. Pour the peanut sauce onto the ramen noodles and mix together until the noodles are evenly coated.
  5. Top with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
