Papaya banana smoothie

🥕 Ingrédients

  • Papaya: make sure to use ripe papaya for this recipe for the best taste!
  • Banana: use a frozen banana for this smoothie. This will help to thicken the smoothie and make it creamy.
  • Chia seeds: Chia seeds have tons ofhealth benefitsand are a great addition to add to smoothies!
  • Honey: just a touch of honey for sweetness.
  • Turmeric: this is known to be a superfood that is known to be anti-inflammatory and is a powerfulantioxidant.
  • Lightcoconut milk: you can also use full-fatcoconut milkor any other type of milk. I like to use lightcoconut milkfor a lighter taste.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speedblenderand blend together until smooth and creamy. Start with 1/2 cup ofcoconut milkand add more if needed to blend.
  2. To create the white swirls on the glass, take a spoon and drizzlecoconut milkaround the glass. (This is optional, just to make it pretty!)
  3. Pour the smoothie into the glass and serve.
