Papaya banana smoothie
🥕 Ingrédients
- Papaya: make sure to use ripe papaya for this recipe for the best taste!
- Banana: use a frozen banana for this smoothie. This will help to thicken the smoothie and make it creamy.
- Chia seeds: Chia seeds have tons ofhealth benefitsand are a great addition to add to smoothies!
- Honey: just a touch of honey for sweetness.
- Turmeric: this is known to be a superfood that is known to be anti-inflammatory and is a powerfulantioxidant.
- Lightcoconut milk: you can also use full-fatcoconut milkor any other type of milk. I like to use lightcoconut milkfor a lighter taste.

- Add all the ingredients to a high-speedblenderand blend together until smooth and creamy. Start with 1/2 cup ofcoconut milkand add more if needed to blend.
- To create the white swirls on the glass, take a spoon and drizzlecoconut milkaround the glass. (This is optional, just to make it pretty!)
- Pour the smoothie into the glass and serve.
