Air Fryer Falafel

🥕 Ingrédients

  • Herbs: I use a mix of parsley and cilantro, but you can use any herbs you love. Make sure to use fresh herbs here, not dried herbs.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Soak the chickpeas in a bowl of water overnight, then drain.
  2. Add the chickpeas to afood processorwith the rest of the ingredients and blend until everything is combined.
  3. Use acookie scoopor spoon to scoop the falafel mixture and roll into even balls with your hands.
  4. Spray your air fryer with cooking spray and cook the falafel at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
