Strawberry Chia Pudding
👨🍳 Instructions
- Add the strawberries, coconut milk, almond milk,maple syrupand vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth. (if using frozen strawberries, let them thaw before blending.)
- Add the strawberry milk to a large bowl with the chia seeds andwhisktogether until the mixture starts to thicken slightly.
- Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Serve as is or top with yogurt, fresh strawberries or your favourite toppings.
